Husband Cohabitating
We were contacted by a lady who was convinced her estranged husband was cohabitating and had left her for one more woman. She wanted proof of this and also wanted to find out where he was living
Our client told us that when her husband very first left he was really sad and apologetic as he felt that right after 26 years of marriage that they had grown apart and he didn’t believe he loved her any more. He stated he needed time apart and didn't wish to tell her where he was going. He took a significant amount of cash out of their joint bank account which he stated he required to set himself up in a new location to live.
Whilst waiting for her husband to return their relationship started to go from amicable to acrimonious. He stopped answering her calls and paid less cash into their bank account. Our client was confused by this and she felt this was extremely strange behaviour for him and entirely out of character. A friend of hers suggested that he may have yet another woman as a similar thing had happened to her. She also urged our client to give us a call to see if we could help as we had helped her within the past.
We carried out a session of surveillance on her husband and discovered the address he was living at and that there was an additional woman living there. We then looked into the address and it was registered in his name and also the woman he was living with. They had bought the property together just soon after he had left our client.
We had been able to offer our client with all of the evidence she required to divorce her husband for adultery. Our client she said that soon after the initial shock it all became clear and that her husband had probably been having an affair with this woman for several years. She is now prepared to move on with her new life.
